These Terms govern your use of Recrumio, a Chrome extension and related service ("Recrumio," "we," "us"), operated by [Your legal name or business name] in California. By installing or using Recrumio, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Recrumio does
Recrumio helps recruiters score candidates against job posts, find hiring contacts, draft outreach emails, and track pitches. Emails are sent by you, from your own Gmail. Recrumio never sends email on your behalf.

2. Your account
You need an account to use Recrumio. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and using Recrumio for business purposes.

3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:

• Have your candidates' permission to share their information with employers and to process their resumes with Recrumio.

• Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any other email and privacy laws.

• Follow the terms of the websites you use Recrumio on, including LinkedIn and job boards.

• Not use Recrumio to harass anyone, send spam, or collect contact information for resale.

• Not reverse engineer, overload, or resell the service.

4. Contact information and AI results
Contact details, match scores, and drafts are generated with AI and public web sources. Some emails are built from a company's email format rather than found published. We don't guarantee that any contact, email address, score, or draft is accurate. Check them before you rely on them.

5. Plans, lookups, and billing
Recrumio offers a Free plan and paid plans as listed on our pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Lookups reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over. See the Customer Agreement for full billing terms.

6. Your content
You own the candidate information, notes, and drafts you put into Recrumio. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service.

7. Ending your use
You can stop using Recrumio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

8. Disclaimers
Recrumio is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee placements, replies, or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost placements, fees, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [San Bernardino County], California.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or in the extension. Continuing to use Recrumio means you accept the updated Terms.
